Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Preppers Playbook memberships and to paid events. Please read it before you pay, because all payments are final.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds. When you are charged for a membership or a paid event, that payment is final and is not refundable, in whole or in part. Please make sure you are ready to commit before you pay.

Membership

Membership is billed in advance for the current period at the price shown at signup. You can cancel at any time from your account. When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not billed again after that. We do not refund or prorate the current period or any past payment.

Paid Events

Some events carry a fee. When you pay to register for an event, that payment is final. If you cancel your registration, your seat is released to the next person on the waitlist, but your payment is not refunded. If an event has limited seats, please register only once you are confident you can attend.

If We Cancel An Event

If we cancel an event before it takes place, we will contact everyone who registered and make it right.
